Shopping Cart Login: As of now RMS-Electric.com will be using "Your Email" & "Password" for Login criteria. Your username is no longer used. Your past "Password", however will still be valid. You may submit a change for your email address through our eStore or contacting us directly.
- Account Information: You may update or add new "shipping addresses" to your account through the eStore | shopping cart system. You do not have to place shipping adresses in the comment area anymore. Once an address is added it will be retained for future use or until you decide to delete it. The first address we gave you ( your store location ) will always be the default address.
- Need more Help: We have many areas for Help. FAQ on the home page, MOVIE & PDF howtos on the home page. You may contact us through email at the home page or the eStore. You may fill out forms to get your account information up to date. You may also call us for immediate assistance. 800.256.0803.
